Online Class Collaboration: Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to host your skill-based workshop or educational session with ShopABC! We’re excited to support you in creating something valuable and inspiring. Please go through the following terms before we begin:
📌 Revenue Split
The total registration amount collected from participants will be divided as follows:
60% to the Workshop Host (You)
40% to ShopABC (for platform support, promotion, and logistics)
🎯 What ShopABC Provides
Dedicated landing page / registration support
Poster and creatives for marketing
Instagram promotion & email marketing
Technical support during the session (Zoom/Google Meet setup, etc.)
E-certificates (if applicable)
Payment collection and customer handling
🎓 What the Host Provides
A clearly defined workshop topic and session plan
Any material list required for participants
High-quality live teaching via video
A trailer video or short reel for marketing (optional but recommended)
Time commitment for one pre-session dry run (if needed)
💰 Payout Timeline
Your 60% share will be transferred within 5–7 business days after the workshop ends, subject to successful completion and participant feedback.

Be the face of ShopABC at offline pop-ups, events, and creative exhibitions. If you love connecting with people and believe in the joy of journaling, this is your chance to take our brand into the real world ✨

Represent ShopABC at a local event or exhibition

Set up the stall with our branding and product displays

Cafe & Brand Outlet Placement

🛍️ Placement Criteria:
Your outlet should be located in a prime or high-footfall area of the city
OR
You must agree to display and offer our full range of exclusive journaling kits
💰 Revenue Model:
You only pay for the kits that customers actually use or purchase
Profit will be shared on a 50:50 basis (retail price) for each kit used or sold
What You Get:
Aesthetic, value-added experience for your customers
No upfront stock cost — only pay when a kit is used
Additional branding, visibility, and social media shoutouts (where applicable)
